Our 100% Risk-Free Clinical Promise
If our licensed clinician determines that you do not qualify for an Emotional Support Animal (ESA) or Psychiatric Service Dog (PSD) recommendation letter following your clinical evaluation, you are issued a 100% full refund automatically.
1. Unapproved Evaluations
We stand by clinical honesty. Our independent clinicians will never approve an individual solely to collect a fee. If the clinician concludes that your symptoms or functional limitations do not meet the DSM-5 and Fair Housing Act criteria for an assistance animal, your entire payment is refunded within 3 to 5 business days to your original payment method.
2. Cancellations Before Your Consultation
If you schedule an evaluation but need to cancel, you may request a full refund at any point up to 2 hours prior to your scheduled clinical consultation by emailing support@pethousingrights.com or calling 1-800-555-3727.
3. Post-Issuance Policy
Once a licensed clinician has conducted your evaluation, determined you qualify, and issued your signed recommendation letter on their official practice letterhead, the professional clinical consultation fee has been fully rendered and is non-refundable.
4. Landlord Dispute Support
If a landlord raises questions or presents proprietary accommodation forms, our care coordinators and evaluating clinicians will provide complimentary verification and assistance. If a landlord unlawfully refuses an authentic letter in violation of HUD guidance, our team provides relevant legal citations and support to resolve the matter.
